To Get Over the Hump

This 15th outfit officially gets me over the hump.

There might have been a bit more symmetry if I had published it on an actual "hump day."
Imagine the bloggy cleverness that I could have entertained you with... getting over the hump ON an actual hump day.
Get it? Get it?
Yah, maybe we aren't missing anything.

Regardless of what day of the week I'm posting this 15th baby, I'm happy to be posting it.

It brings me one step closer to a shopping spree at Forever 21.
Can you believe they FINALLY opened one here in Chattanooga and I'm in the midst of a shopping ban?

Purple Blouse (Express); Purple Cardigan (2nd Hand)
Boyfriend Jeans (Gap); Snowdrift Booties (Nine West)
Purple Beaded Bracelet (2nd Hand)

The sweet, sweet irony of life never ceases to amaze me.

If you're a fellow remixer, where do you plan to break your shopping fast?
If you're not, what store makes you lose all fiscal control?

I've had my eye on a robe from Anthropologie and a skirt from Urban Outfitters (both on serious clearance), and I want to support some local boutiques as well. Love how you phrased it as "breaking a fast" - haven't thought of it that way before, but it's completely accurate!

ooh, a Forever 21 shopping spree. Um, how totally fabulous. I can't wait to see your new purchases. I still haven't been to a Forever 21 but I think it might be time for me to new turn a new leaf. Lovely look, that purple is amazing on you. xx veronika

I'm not a Forever 21 shopper (so not me), but even we had one in our sad, pathetic little mall here in E. TN. Sad.

I'm not on this diet either, and I'm not doing the 30 for 30...but I'm throwing my two cents in just because. Stores that make me lose my financial head? Target. TJ Maxx (home good section has been known to do it). Talbots has had me at hello. Kohls can be dangerous. And I go totally crazy when I'm actually AT the L.L.Bean store up in ME. C-R-A-Z-Y. Yep, little ol' me.

I actually haven't struggled much with the shopping ban. I think I've been too busy. And I wouldn't mind having it last a little longer for my bank account's sake. Although, Target might need a visit.
