I tie, kinda crazy, but perfect!
My first instinct is to unbutton the sweater, unbutton the first few buttons on the shirt, and add a scarf (preferably a bright one or one with fringe). I don't know how it would turn out in real life, but it works in my head! =)
Roll up the sleeves and add a fabulous, chunky bracelet!

Definetly unbutton top few buttons, roll up the sleeves so plaid cuffs sweater and wear a big beady necklace
